Our fees are flat-rate and published upfront: $60 per domestic itinerary, $80 per international itinerary, and $150 for full vacation planning. Accommodation is complimentary when bundled with flights. You know the cost before you commit — no hidden commissions, no per-booking surprises. Group discounts are available.
We contact the airline on your behalf, rebook at no additional agency fee, and stay with you until it's fully resolved. Our 24/7 emergency line means you have a real person — not a menu — when things go sideways at 2am in a foreign country.
Yes — that's one of the key advantages of group contracts. We can typically hold seats until about 45 days before departure without a finalized participant list. Your team can keep fundraising and recruiting while your airfare is already secured.
Humanitarian fares are special airline contracts available to qualified non-profit and ministry organizations — including discounted rates and generous baggage allowances. We'll assess your organization's eligibility and apply for these fares on your behalf. Most general travel agents don't even know these contracts exist.
You can't put a price on peace of mind — knowing you have someone you can call at midnight when your plane is delayed, your connection is missed, or something goes sideways in a country where you don't speak the language. Our fee buys you a real person who picks up, knows your itinerary, and is authorized to act on your behalf. That's not overhead. That's insurance for the mission.
For international group travel, 3–6 months gives us the most flexibility on seats and humanitarian contracts. That said, we regularly handle shorter timelines — reach out as soon as you know your dates and we'll work with what's available.
