Itinerary Overview

Day 1 – Depart for Israel
Overnight flight to Tel Aviv.

Day 2 – Welcome to Israel
Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport. Transfer to your beachfront hotel in Tel Aviv for rest, orientation, and a welcome dinner.

Day 3 – Coastal & Galilean Wonders
Visit Joppa, Caesarea Maritima, Megiddo, Nazareth, and Cana before arriving at the Sea of Galilee for worship by the water.

Day 4 – Around the Sea of Galilee
Explore Magdala, cruise on the lake, visit the Mount of Beatitudes, Tabgha, Capernaum, and the Jordan River baptismal site.

Day 5 – From Galilee to the Judean Wilderness
Travel through Jericho and the Judean Desert before relaxing at the Dead Sea.

Day 6 – Masada, Qumran & Arrival in Jerusalem
Tour Masada, see the Dead Sea Scrolls caves at Qumran, and enter Jerusalem for a memorable Shabbat at the Western Wall.

Day 7 – Jerusalem: Old & New
Worship at the Garden Tomb, visit the Mount of Olives, Gethsemane, and walk the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Evening light show at the Citadel.

Day 8 – Temple Mount & Bethlehem
See the Temple Mount, Southern Steps, and Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem before closing with final reflections in Jerusalem.

Day 9 – Final Day in Israel
Visit Herod’s Palace, the Upper Room, and the City of David before transferring to the airport for overnight flights home.

Day 10 – Homeward Bound
Return home renewed and inspired.

Optional Jordan Extension (4 Days)

Day 1: Extra night in Jerusalem.
Day 2: Cross into Jordan; visit Mount Nebo; overnight in Petra.
Day 3: Explore Petra, then continue to Amman.
Day 4: Depart Jordan via Queen Alia International Airport.

How many people can I take?

We suggest keeping your numbers between 10 and 50 people. If you have more than that, we can split the group into two.

Is this tour customizable?

We work with you to create the tour you want to take your church, school or organization on. We will provide alternative suggestions if your requests don’t really work with a whole group.

What are the benefits of group tickets?

Depending on the size and type of the group, we will either recommend that all meals be included and provide an all-inclusive price or that it will be cheaper to do half board.

Will someone from Butler Travel lead the tour?

Right now, Butler Travel will just organize the tour. If you need a leader, we use our network of local tour leaders to find you a good option.

We do not include gratuities in our pricing. However, we can give you guidance on what you could tip based on the destination and culture.

Are there additional fees for booking a tour?

All of our service fees are included in the total package price.

How do we book a tour?

Let us know where you want to go! We’ll give you a quote based on your dates. This will be subject to change until we receive a deposit to secure hotels and flights. Once a tour is deposited, we will make the arrangements. All you need is find the people to take on the tour with you.
